Home Missions

The mission of the National Home Missions department is to evangelize the fifty states by planting soul winning churches, encouraging and equipping pastors toward church growth, demonstrating Christ's love through practical ministry to the needy, and by effectively sharing Christ with the growing ethnic populations in America.

Church statisticians are calling America "the greatest mission field in the world." This seems overwhelming. But what an opportunity! Perhaps the National Home Missions Department has been saved for such an hour as this. For many years, millions of Christian dollars have been poured into overseas evangelism. Now that every nationality lives on U.S. soil, it is time for our attention to focus on our own country. Hunger, child abuse, lack of any Biblical knowledge, and lack of church attendance plagues our nation. Are we doing our part? Home Missions partners in the operation of shelters, relocation homes, parolee transition homes, and many feeding and clothing programs.
